At Smart Ruler Capture, we believe your data belongs to you. Our software is designed to function 100% offline. We do not track you, we do not upload your screenshots, and we do not sell your information.
Zero Data Collection
No Personal Information
We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses, or location data.
No Image Uploads
Your screenshots and measurements are processed locally on your CPU/GPU. They never leave your device.
No Analytics
We do not track button clicks, usage time, or feature utilization.
Local Data Storage
The application creates simple configuration files on your local drive to remember your preferences between sessions.
Stores UI theme, grid settings, and hotkey preferences.
Screenshots are saved strictly to the directory you explicitly select.
Third-Party Services
Smart Ruler Capture is a standalone executable. It does not integrate with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cloud storage providers.
