By downloading, installing, or using Smart Music and Video Downloader ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

The Software is released under the MIT License. You may:

Use the Software on any personal or commercial computer.
Copy, modify, and redistribute the source code.
Include the Software in your own projects.

You agree not to use the Software to:

Download content you do not have the legal right to download.
Redistribute copyrighted material without permission.
Bypass paywalls, DRM, or access controls on any site.
Harass, dox, or harm any individual.
Violate the terms of service of YouTube, Vimeo, or any other site you use it with.

You are solely responsible for how you use this tool and for complying with copyright law in your jurisdiction. The developers assume no liability for misuse.

3 Copyright Notice

The Software downloads content from third-party sites. It does not host, distribute, or claim ownership of any content. All content belongs to its original rights holders.

If you are a rights holder and believe this tool is being used to infringe your rights, please contact us. But note: we do not operate any content servers — the tool runs entirely on the user's machine.

4 Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL WORK WITH ANY PARTICULAR SITE, OPERATING SYSTEM, OR HARDWARE CONFIGURATION.

In no event shall the developers, contributors, or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use of the Software.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
